The naming of "security.dll" causes "SslStream.AuthenticateAsClient" to fail (and others)

I think the naming of security.dll is causing an exception with the following code

class Program { static void Main(string[] args) { const string HostName = ""; TcpClient tcpClient = new TcpClient(HostName, 443); SslStream sslStream = new SslStream(tcpClient.GetStream(), false, null, null); sslStream.AuthenticateAsClient(HostName, null, SslProtocols.Tls, false); } }

other blogs indicate that anything named security.dll causes an exception..
